Why "BOPP COATING"?
"BOPP coating woven bags". A BOPP coating bag has double coatings.
- The first layer is a plastic coating called PP or LDPE.
- The second layer is coated by thin film called OPP, CPP or polyester.
By using of high technology and machinery in printing process on this particular type of coated products, fine details, sharp images and attractive original colors are achieved.
Bar codes in particular, with numerous thin and thick lines and coded numbers are printed clearly on BOPP coating bag. Bar codes printed on ordinary woven bags without BOPP coating are blurred and unreadable.
BOPP coating woven bags are suitable for many different types of products, especially sugar, rice, grain, chemicals and manure. Regularly, ordinary bags would withstand wear and tear in transit. Only BOPP coating woven bags are durable and tough enough to eliminate this problem.
